Must-Have Skills:
- US CPA designation.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Current transaction services experience at a CPA firm in the United States.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory engagements, including due diligence and advisory services.
- Minimum of 6 years of overall experience at a CPA firm in the United States.
- Ability to work in a hybrid capacity at the Atlanta office.
- Willingness to travel as needed (approximately 15%).

Responsibilities (but not limited to):
- Participating in buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory engagements, providing financial and due diligence assistance, as well as accounting advisory services.
- Analyzing and synthesizing target company data to identify historical and projected financial and operating trends, quality of earnings, working capital considerations, potential liabilities, and risks impacting valuation and transaction negotiations.
- Creating and designing customized transaction advisory analyses focused on key issues, including normalized earnings, valuation model input assumptions, the achievability of management’s budget, indebtedness, client considerations, and carve-out financial statements.
- Documenting key findings and analyses in a written report format.
- Interfacing with and building successful relationships with clients and target company contacts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; current CPA license preferred.
- Master’s degree (e.g., MBA, MAcc, Finance) is a plus.
- 3–5 years of transaction services experience and 6 years of overall accounting experience.
- Exceptional proficiency in Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Consultative approach with a client-service-oriented mindset.

- Self-directed, autonomous, and highly motivated.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and ambitious mindset.
- Exceptional and proactive communicator (both verbal and written).
- Ability and willingness to travel as needed (approximately 15%).
